Founders Associate Intern
GERMANY / REMOTEFULL-TIME
THE SETUP
6-month internship · Full-time · Start ASAP · Remote-first, with time on the ground in the communities we launch and in Berlin. A real path to full-time.
THE ROLE
You sit at the founders' side and take on the problems that don't have an owner yet — growth, go-to-market, hiring, ops, strategy. Whatever the week needs, you take a piece and run with it. It's a founder residency for anyone serious about building companies: you see how a startup actually gets built, and you shape it while you do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work directly with the founders on the problems that matter — they hand you the projects they don't have time to run themselves, and you own them end to end.
Turn ambiguity into shipped work — you get problems, not task lists. You write the plan, execute it, and the founders hear how it went in the update, not by chasing you.
Build the systems the company runs on — hiring pipelines, launch playbooks, reporting, internal knowledge. What you build becomes the foundation the next person uses.
Turn research into decisions — market, customers, competitors, partners. You dig, write it up in a memo the founders can act on in ten minutes, and the call gets made because of your work.
Get out into the communities we launch — talk to real users and bring the feedback back to the table.
Work AI-native — automate the repetitive parts with agents so an hour's work takes ten minutes.
WHO YOU ARE
High agency — you take a problem, write the plan, ship the outcome, and don't wait to be told what to do.
Sharp writing and thinking — you turn messy inputs into clear, short memos, and structure comes naturally.
A builder mindset — if something's missing, you build it; you iterate and improve instead of over-polishing.
Ideally some time in a high-pace environment — a startup internship, an MBB or IB stint, or a side project you scaled. If not, ambition compensates.
AI-native by default — Claude for memos, Cursor for prototypes, whatever gets it done fastest.
Done or at the end of your studies, and you could see yourself starting full-time after. Fluent German and English.
MAYBE NOT FOR YOU
You only want high-level "strategy" work — a lot of this is unglamorous and hands-on.
You've never touched AI or automation tools and don't want to start.
You want a predictable 9-to-5 — this isn't that.
You need a fixed playbook to follow — here you write it.
